Aston Somerville is a village in the attractive Cotswold area of south Worcestershire.  Part of Gloucestershire until 1931, the parish is still in the Diocese of Gloucester.  It is one of the Winchcombe Team of Parishes.  Its church, St Mary's, is idyllically set in (or almost in) one of the village farmyards:  further details of its history will soon be published here).
